B2B MEETINGSQuick and efficient way for you to meet your potential business partners and to present your company to a foreign partner.Participants from Slovakia and many foreign countries.Companies from a wide range of industries: IT, green technologies, aerospace, engineering, energy, pharmaceutical, chemical, automotive, electrical.Participation of companies with high added value.B2B MATCHING (PAIRING)Pairing for B2B takes place from October 7 to October 14, 2021.As a registered Event participant, you will be asked by email to select partners for your meetings according to your individual needs (so-called “matching”).Choose the companies you want to negotiate with in the registration system and we will create an individual schedule of B2B containing information whom, where and when you negotiate.You have 20 minutes reserved for one meeting.MATCHING PROCEDUREIn order to participate in the B2B meetings register your company for the event till October 6, 2021.Sign in to your profile with your password.Open the 'List of participants' tab and read the profiles of participants.Select the company you want to meet and click the 'Details' button and then the green 'Request a Meeting' button. HOW TO ACCEPT OR DECLINE THE REQUEST FOR A MEETINGYou can also be contacted at this time with a request for a meeting from another Event participants. It's up to you which meeting you accept. You can also decline the meeting, which will free up the capacity for your next B2B. Unless you reject the appointments, they will be automatically matched and entered in your B2B schedule after the matching time ends.Sign in to your profile with your password.Open the 'Meetings tab' to see your 'Own meeting requests' as well as other guests requests to meet you.Every request has a status. 'Waiting' - awaiting confirmation, 'Confirm' - accept the request, 'Delete' - reject the application. Select and click the button of your choice.SCHEDULE AND PROCESS OF B2B MEETINGSAfter the end of the matching period and a few days before the Event, you will have the schedule of the B2B meetings in your profile in the section “Meetings”.The schedule shall include information of the company name, the exact time and the number of the negotiating table or the link for the online meeting.The maximum number of meetings depends on the number of participants and the time reserved for the meetings.One B2B meeting lasts 20 minutes. The gong and spoken announcement will inform you of the approaching end of the meeting. For an online B2B the meeting will end automatically after 20 minutes. Please come to your meeting or join in on time and well prepared.
