The Slovak Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs in cooperation with the Embassy of Switzerland in Slovakia and the Swiss-Slovak Chamber of Commerce
Slovak Agency for Investment and Trade Development (SARIO), in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs brings to your attention  the Slovakia-Swiss Business and Innovation Forum, which will be part of the state visit of the Swiss President and also the Minister of Economy, Education and Research H.E. Johann Schneider Ammann in Slovakia.
 
The forum will be attended by both Swiss and Slovak companies, political representatives as well as representatives of science, research and innovation.

The aim is to strengthen business opportunities and new partnerships between Switzerland and Slovakia and to find common intersections in cooperation.

Individual bilateral meetings between Slovak and Swiss companies
Bilateral meetings with companies from the group 1 (14:00 – 15:00)
Bilateral meetings with companies from the group 2 (14:00 – 16:00)

Registered companies will have access to the whole forum program, at whose end there will be 15-minute long bilateral meeting with the participating Swiss companies. Those interested in bilateral negotiations with the Swiss side are required to enter into their registration the name of the specific Swiss company with which they have an interest to negotiate with.
 
Swiss companies in group 1 (attachment: Company Group 1) have the time frame for negotiations from 14:00 to 15:00.
Swiss companies in group 2 (attachment: Company Group 2) have the time frame for negotiations from 14:00 to 16:00.

On the basis of these time limits, should there be an excessive demand for bilateral meetings, than the Swiss companies are entitled to choose their preferred partners for these bilateral talks.
