The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) within the National Project "Support for the Internationalization of SMEs" during the period November 09 - 12, 2021 prepared a platform for six Slovak small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) for their presentation within the joint Slovak national stand. The presentation under the visual branding of the Slovak Republic GOOD IDEA SLOVAKIA took place at the international fair ELMIA Subcontractor in Jönköping, Sweden.The Slovak Republic was represented at the exhibition by a national stand organized by the SARIO agency. The Slovak national stand gave space to these 6 Slovak companies to present their activities: ICS ice cleaning systems, s.r.o., Infoland s.r.o., Spanner SK, k.s., TC Contact s.r.o., VIDA Design s.r.o. and ZOVOS-EKO s.r.o. The companies had the opportunity to personally discuss with representatives of Swedish businesses the possibility of entering the Swedish market, respectively expanding its presence in the markets concerned. Slovak subjects highly appreciated especially the interest of foreign companies in the offered products and solutions, but also the very possibility to participate in the exhibition with the support of the state.The importance of Slovakia's participation in the ELMIA Subcontractor 2021 trade fair was also supported by the visit of Katarina Hlatka, the Slovak Deputy Head of Mission in Stockholm, who during her visit to the joint exhibition discussed with each representative of the participating companies about their production program and the possibilities of entering the Swedish market.
