The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) within the National Project "Support for the Internationalization of SMEs" during the period September 6 - 9, 2021 prepared a platform for eight Slovak small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) for their presentation within the joint Slovak national stand. The presentation under the visual branding of the SR GOOD IDEA SLOVAKIA took place at the international industrial subcontracting exhibition MIDEST in Lyon, France.The Slovak Republic was represented at the exhibition by a national stand organized by the SARIO agency. The national stand of the SR gave space to these 8 Slovak companies to present their activities: BAAS s.r.o., HAJ SK s.r.o., Pentagon s.r.o., ICS ice cleaning systems s. r. o., REGADA, s.r.o., Bye Bye Plastic j.s.a., Techmold Slovakia and TRENS SK, a.s.The fair Global Industry is one of the most important subcontracting fairs which covers a wide range of engineering production, plastics processing, electronics, and energy sector.The joint national exposition was the opportunity to present their business activities and a range of their products to foreign partners, as well as to establish business contacts to conclude business contracts and export products abroad.The importance of Slovakia's participation in the Global Industrie 2021 trade fair was also supported by the visit of Igor Slobodník, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Slovak Republic and Tomáš Šefranko as an economic diplomat of the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Paris, who during their visit discussed with each representative of the participating companies about their production program and the possibilities of trading with the French market.---------The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) organizes national exhibitions within the National Project “Support for the Internationalization of SMEs, which is implemented under the Operational Programme Integrated Infrastructure, priority axis 11, investment priority 3b, specific goal 11.2. The main goal of the National project is developing the internationalization of SMEs and the use of opportunities of the EU single market. Within the entire period of implementation of the National Project, SARIO works to realize dozens of national expositions at international fairs and exhibitions abroad.
