Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) within the national project Support of Internationalization of SMEs in the period from 3rd until 5th May 2022 prepared a platform for six Slovak small and medium-sized enterprises for their presentation at a joint exhibition at the International Composites Fair in Paris, JEC World 2022.JEC World is one of the most important trade fairs of its kind, taking place in Paris, France. Every year, the fair is visited by more than 43,500 visitors from 112 different countries. Also in 2022, a number of exhibitors from the production of composites in various industries such as the automotive industry, healthcare, construction, electrical engineering and others took part. In addition to the composite manufacturers themselves, the fair is also attended by processors of raw materials needed in the production of composites, end product manufacturers, as well as distributors and dealers from all areas of industry.For the first time, the Slovak Republic was represented at the exhibition by a national stand under the Good Idea Slovakia brand organized by the SARIO agency with the participation of 6 Slovak companies: BRAIN: IT, Bye Bye Plastic, CERAMIC-HOUSES Innovation, Infraclima, Polnohospodarske druzstvo „Radošinka“ and R&D Composite.The aim of the participation of Slovak small and medium-sized enterprises in the JEC World 2022 was the opportunity to present their business activities and present their product range to foreign partners, as well as to establish new business contacts with the aim of exporting their products and services to France.The importance of Slovakia's participation in the fair was also supported by the Slovak Ambassador in Paris, Igor Slobodník and Economic diplomat, Tomáš Šefranko, who during their visit to the joint exhibition discussed with representatives of Slovak companies their production processes and the possibilities and conditions of entering the French market.
