Business mission to Budapest focused on waste management On June 15th, 2022, SARIO agency, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Hungary as well as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Pest County and the city of Érd, carried out a business mission focused on waste management. Three Slovak companies have prepared presentations of their unique products. In addition to solutions in the field of waste management and sustainability of waste management, they presented also technologies for recycling of the mixed municipal waste as well as ventilation and heating systems for large industrial facilities and production halls.The introductory presentations were followed by a discussion, during which the Hungarian companies were interested in Slovak products in details.Business agenda was proceeded by business negotiations of the Slovak companies with 25 Hungarian business entities. After the end of the negotiations, the participants of the mission declared several potential cooperations and exchanges of price offer. Hungary remains an important trading partner of the Slovak republic, especially nowadays owing to the regionalization of production not only due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but also in connections with the current security situation in CEE region.
