GlobalTags News Business mission SMEs The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency within the National Project prepared a business mission to Latvia and Lithuania organizing an interesting program for 10 Slovak participating small and medium-sized companies (SMEs).In the mission participated Slovak SMEs Kodiva, 3IPK, 5.0 technologies, Payout, PLQ Development, GoodRequest, Jerome&Curtis, Lori Freight, BARANI DESIGN, and M2M Solutions. The first part of the mission began with the arrival to Riga, where, in cooperation with the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Latvia, SARIO prepared the event "Doing Business in Latvia", which was attended by representatives of the Latvian Investment and Development Agency who presented the economic indicators of the country as well as the opportunities that are opening up in the territory for foreign companies. After the official part, the companies had the opportunity to informally network both with Solvita Gulbe and Iveta Strupkāja, the representatives of the Latvian Investment and Development Agency, and with Branislav Pavlovič, the Ambassador of the SR in Latvia and Slavomír Nagy, Slovak economic diplomat in Riga, who provided relevant information regarding various sectors and events organized in the Baltics.On Wednesday, the delegation moved to Vilnius, where it participated in the Three Seas Summit dedicated to logistics, transport, green technologies and IT, and rebuilding Ukraine. The companies used the opportunity to listen to useful discussions of high-ranking politicians and experts from various member countries of the Three Seas Initiative. They completed several B2B negotiations with a wide range of counterparties.
