Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency in cooperation with Smart Klaster - StartUP HUB organized during the days of 26th of March till April 1st, 2023, business mission to Taiwan for 8 Slovak small and medium-sized entrepreneurs who are dedicated to smart cities and technological innovations.The main part of the program was the presentation of SMEs at the Smart Summit&EXPO event, which took place in the city of Taipei, where all companies had their own presentation stand.As part of the Startup Terrace program, companies could present themselves to a wide audience of potential partners and investors from around the world up to two times.On the penultimate day of the mission, SMEs completed a very intensive day full of presentations and tailor-made B2B negotiations, where they had the opportunity not only to present their services and products, but also to find their future customers and partners. Slovak companies have attracted a number of foreign partners, and therefore I believe that this mission will bear fruit and soon the innovations of the participating companies will be visible not only in Taiwan but all over the world.
