GlobalTags News Fairs & exhibitions Azerbaijan Arms industry The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO), in cooperation with the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Baku, organized a Slovak national stand at the ADEX, international military exhibition in Azerbaijan from September 24th to 26th, 2024.In late September, the 5th edition of the ADEX military exhibition took place in Baku, Azerbaijan. Slovakia was represented at the event by five defence companies, which exhibited under the national stand, while two other Slovak companies represented their products through the individual stands.The event was honored by the visit of the President of Azerbaijan, who personally toured the exhibition and stopped by the stand of one of the Slovak companies. Slovak representatives were also supported by the Slovak Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mr. Milan Lajčiak, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, Mr. Kamil Šaško, and the Slovak business delegation, which was in the region at the same time.The participating companies had the opportunity to present themselves to an international audience, engage in meetings with representatives from various state delegations that visited the Slovak national stand, and gain insights into the global competition.
