SARIO in the cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, SOPK in Regional Chamber and several Slovak companies took part on the sub contracting fair “MIDEST 2009” in Paris on November 17. -20., 2009. This fair is one of the most renowned in the world, considering its focus on industrial subcontracts for machinery industry, plastics processing and electronics. It offered possibilities to form new contacts and cooperation relationships, especially in metal-working industry, casting production, surface treatment of metals and production of plastic parts. Approximately 1.740 exhibitors from 37 countries participated. Exhibitors and visitors from France, Germany and Belgium were mainly interested in subcontracting relationships with the Slovak companies, which were represented by BOST, a.s., CENTRUM B, s r.o., GAMAaluminium, s r.o., IMC Slovakia, s r.o., IMS, s r.o., MACHINTEC Trade, s r.o., NES Nová Dubnica, s r.o., PREMSAL Slovakia, s r.o., QUAD Slovakia, s r.o., TATRA Trade, s r.o., TOMA Industries, s r.o., ZTS LR NaJUS, a.s. a ZVS holding, a.s. SARIO agency was asked by 17 foreign companies to look for potential partners in Slovakia. They are mainly interested in production cooperation; available capacities and their demands will be processed and published on portal SARIO Information Center (SIC).
