Slovak business mission to Ireland

The Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency (SARIO) in cooperation with the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Dublin and Enterprise Ireland, organized a business mission to Ireland from May 27th to 30th, 2024.

The business mission provided a great opportunity to make connections between Slovak and Irish companies, especially in the aerospace and space sector, ICT, and smart engineering. The business mission was attended by 5 Slovak and 18 Irish entities.

Several activities were arranged for the entrepreneurs. An event "Doing Business in Ireland," hosted by Loaine Higgins (Honorary Consul of the Slovak Republic in Ireland), offered Slovak companies essential information about the market and the process of entering it.

The program continued with the Slovak Irish Partnership Seminar, featuring a presentation of Slovakia as an attractive investment destination, followed by presentations of Slovak companies and introductions of Irish partners. An important part -B2B meetings between Slovak and Irish companies brought new connections and opportunities to find future business partners.

In the following days, Slovak companies visited two trade fairs, the National Manufacturing & Supply Chain Conference and Exhibition, and the Dublin Tech Summit, where they had the opportunity to meet interesting Irish companies, establish new contacts, and attend specialized conferences.
