GlobalTags News Fairs & exhibitions Ukrajina On November 14th and 15th, the second edition of the ReBuild Ukraine 2023 conference and trade fair took place in Warsaw. The international event brought together Ukrainian authorities, local communities, and businesses, international financial institutions, and companies from other countries interested in the country's reconstruction. This year the event focused on the energy and construction sectors. Its aim was to promote new investments in new housing, offices, logistics and industrial parks. Compared to the previous event, it was larger and attracted a higher number of participants.Slovakia was one of the 26 countries actively participating in the event. Under the national stand, organized by the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the SR, the Ministry of Economy of the SR and the Slovak Embassy in Kyiv, representatives from 23 Slovak companies presented themselves, all of which have a significant interest in participating in the reconstruction of war-torn Ukraine. Slovak companies had the opportunity to negotiate with Ukrainian partners from both the private and public sectors. 26 Ukrainian municipalities participated in the event and Slovak companies had the opportunity to hold discussions with them togehtherwith representatives from the Eximbank SR. The presence of representatives from the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine and state energy companies was of great importance as well.
