GlobalTags News Cooperation events Foreign trade Türkiye The SARIO agency, in cooperation with the Turkish Electrical and Electronics Exporters´ Association (TET), organized a business forum on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 in Bratislava aimed at establishing B2B cooperation between companies of both countries operating in the sector of electrical engineering. In the course of this year, cooperation with Turkey acquired an active dimension thanks to the signing of the joint economic commission founding document by the Minister of Trade of Türkiye, Ömer Bolat, and the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of the SR, Denisa Sakova, in February 2024.The event was officially opened by the Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye, Erkan Özoral, and the Deputy Director of the SARIO´s Foreign trade department, Adam Csuka. A presentation on investment opportunities in Slovakia and key sectors of the Slovak economy, including the electrical engineering sector, was presented by Martin Hlaváčik, Investment projects department consultant.In total, 26 Slovak and 14 Turkish business entities, mainly from the electrotechnical sector participated in the event and managed to lead almost a hundred individual B2B negotiations.
