Location Bratislava On the occasion of the visit of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Kenya Hon. Moses Wetang'ula in Slovakia, Foreign Trade Section of SARIO organized Slovak-Kenyan Business Forum. Business Forum attended business entities from energy, construction, agriculture and pharmaceutical industries. These talks were the next step in the development of relations between the Slovak Republic and Kenya. The first cooperation opportunities have already been sketched during the meeting. Based on information on the construction project of the first nuclear power plant in Kenya, the Minister of Economy of the Slovak Republic, Malatinský offered the possibility of participation of Slovak experts to its implementation. Slovakia has extensive experience in nuclear power and is ready to provide the necessary information on legislative, technical and economic issues to Kenyan experts. In addition, the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Kenya Hon. Moses Wetang’ula presented the project use of geothermal energy where Kenya also welcomes cooperation with Slovak business partners.
