I consent to the collection, storage and processing of my personal data by the joint Controllers, which is the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency with the registered office at Trnavská cesta 100, 821 01 Bratislava, Company ID: 36070513 (or by its employee), pursuant to Article 6 (1)(a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Regulation’), as well as pursuant to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, amending and supplementing certain acts, for the purposes:
inclusion of your data into the electronic database of the joint Controllers, as well as to the provision of these data to third parties interested in commercial cooperation
I grant this consent for the period of 5 (five) years from the date of granting my consent or until the time the data subject directly and effectively sends the information to any of the joint Controllers indicating that s/he does not wish his/her personal data to continue to be processed on email gdpr@sario.sk.
At the same time, I am aware of my rights with regard to the processing of the above personal data:
As the data subject, I hereby declare by my signature that the joint Controllers has fulfilled its obligation to provide information in accordance with the Regulation, in a concise, transparent, comprehensible and easily accessible form, formulated in a clear and simple manner.
