I consent to the collection, storage, and processing of personal data by the controller, which is the Slovak Investment and Trade Development Agency, located at Mlynské nivy 44/b, 821 09 Bratislava, Company ID: 36070513 (or its employees), in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), as well as Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts, for the purposes of:
□ Sending organizational and technical information related to the event, the possibility of finding foreign business partners, and facilitating contact between companies interested in business cooperation with the Slovak Embassy in Kyiv, the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic for the Recovery and Resilience Plan and the use of EU funds, as well as the creation, publication, and distribution of my photograph and audio, video, and audiovisual recordings of my person for promotional and marketing purposes. As the data subject, I also consent to the recording of my personal expressions, which is granted in accordance with § 11 et seq. of Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code.
□ Including my data in the controller’s electronic database for the purpose of sending newsletters and mass informational emails about the controller’s events and activities, as well as sharing this data with co-organizers of the event and third parties interested in business cooperation.
In order to ensure your participation in the Event, we must share your personal data with the co-organizers of the Event, which include the Slovak Embassy in Kyiv, the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic, and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic for the Recovery and Resilience Plan and the use of EU funds. We share your personal data with these partners as they are actively involved in organizing the event as co-organizers.
I grant this consent for all the data included in this form and questionnaire, for the entire period of 5 (five) years from the date of consent or until the data subject directly and effectively informs the controller that they no longer wish for their personal data to be processed by sending an email to gdpr@sario.sk, or for the duration of mandatory archiving as determined by applicable legal regulations.
